I opened a case with an example and they were able to duplicate it in their test environment. It has been sent to their development team now. I added a reference to this forum post but, It seems that no one updates the forum on issues like this unless you threaten to move to a new platform.

I am using SmarterMail 4.3 and noticed that you can only select "Remove All Files" instead of just individual files. Is this something that is going to be changed in future releases? It would be handy to select individual files to remove if you have uploaded multiple large files. Regards, Ben

Is there an option in SM 4 where when a NDR is generated from either a remote host or the local server that any attachments are removed from the bounce message before sending to the sender ?
