How is the Message Traffic Report in the Domain Summary Report calculated? Does it count 1 email with multiple recipients as 1 outgoing email or each recipient is counted individually? Does it also count recipients in CC & BCC? Need to know this ... your replies will be highly appreciated.

Why does the webmail client insert a blank CC: field into the headers of each sent message when you've not specified any carbon copy recipients? Is there a setting I can tweak to stop it doing this? It would also be really neat to have an option to switch between HTML and plain text message entry...
