550 authentication error (RSS)

Our clients are now unable to send mail to internal email accounts. They receive 550 Authentication Error. For example joe@test.com can't send an email to jack@test.com . But is able to send to jack@gmail.com . They already have SMTP Outbound Authentication on and using the same login as Incoming...
