We use SmarterMail Enterprise 4.3 and whenever we send or receive emails with unicode characters, for example, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, all the characters in the email becomes "?" So instead of an email with full of unicode characters, it would be "???? ???? ????" in the email. We have tried this...
