I currently use my own webservice to receive what is in effect a bug report from a user. The webservice then sends an email to my current support portal. The webservice always receives a zipped attachment which it then sends along with the email.
Naturally I will be altering my webservice to send the email (and attachment) to ST.
Needless to say, I have now examined ST Webservices and am initially impressed with their availability. I will be examining them more closely over coming weeks/months.
I have been disappointed to note however that your headed webservice has no provision for 'file attachments'. Off the top of my head, I don't think this would be a trivial 'feature' to implement but ask that it be considered for some time in the future.
