Upon clicking the sync button on some users Outlooks but not others... SmarterSync will always point out that all the contacts in SmarterMail have been deleted would I like to import from Outlook.
Is anyone aware of exactly what causes this prompt on some but not others? The contacts are obtained through an attached share from SmarterMail.
Lastly, when I delete a contact from Outlook from a folder "linked" with a Sync folder.... that record doesn't reapper even after a sync despite only having Read Only access on this particular account! How does Sync know the difference? Are there hidden fields or flags?
Any insight would be great!
