I have a question and could not find a similar post regarding it. I have a client using Blackberry to the web interface when he is on the road. Later he access a PC through remote access (Go To My PC) to update his Outlook folders. He does not get the "sent" mail from the server and the Sent folder becomes clogged blocking the account (he sends large attachments at times).
Is there a way to sync or download the sent folder to Outlook?
