BUG: Messed up quoted message when replying to e-mail generated ticket in plain text

    I reported this a while back with v. 3.x - just upgraded to v. 4 only to find it is still there.

    See screen shot below:

     

    Obviously the tag signs (less-than and greater-than) around the senders e-mail address are being HTML encode twice.

    Please advice when this will be corrected.
