how do i add file extension support to documents in smarter track 4.0? i need to add zip file support.

As long as something isn't setup on your mail server to prevent .zip file attachments SmarterTrack should allow this to be uploaded without any issues. Are you getting an error in SmarterTrack when you try to attach zip files?

I think he may be referring to the editor's document manager, which doesn't allow .zip by default.

I must've misunderstood the question. My apologies. If you're referring to the document manager... unfortunately we do not allow you to modify the file extensions that are allowed at this time. We do plan to allow you to customize this though very soon.

please explain how this is possible. The previous version allowed this. I pay $500 for an upgrade and now i cannot. I have techs that need to upload files for our customers and this is killing us. We need a fix
