How can I add contacts to the Global Address book.

I can see that the system will automatically add everyone to the Address Book, but is I want to set up a contact so that everyone can see it in the Global Address Book how can I do that.

If one cannot fo that then it sort of defeats the Exchange type capabilities.

This cannot yet be done, I don't believe.

The GAL only lists the mailboxes that exist in the accountList.xml.

This would be a feature request that should be submitted to suggestions@smartrtools.com
