    HOLD OFF from installing SS4!

    We just upgraded to SS4 and now when we log in we have no way to see user passwords, we can not even impersonate anyone. 

    We have done upgrades since v1.0, so i know we did nothing wrong.  I will keep you guys updated after we find out from ST whats going on.

    ok - if you are reading this and had this issue.... INSTALL SILVERLIGHT v2.0, unreal that SS4 cant tell that you dont have this installed and craps out..  I only found this out after i got logged into an actual stats account and noticed all of the silverlight download links. lol

    I guess i spoke too soon. We still can not impersonate any user or siteadmins.

    If anyone else out there was having the impersonation issue, contact support for the fix that is avaiable. Its only a replacement file, easy fix.
