I've installed the latest version of Funambol (7.0.7) for Outlook 2007 and I am having one problem. Tasks created in Outlook will not transfer to SM. The log shows they are complete, but they do not show up in SM. Tasks created in SM work fine, it just isn't working in the other direction. Calendars, notes, and everything else seems to be working fine. It's just this one problem. Any ideas?

 

I'm having exactly the same issue with notes. When I create or update an existing note in MS Outlook changes are not being made on SM server.

 Are either of you using the "Enable Encryption" option in the new Funambol 7 client? This does not currently work with SmarterMail.

Thats it. After disabling this option and restarting Outlook notes are being synchronized correctly. Thanks

I've unchecked "Enable Encryption." Will the fact that I have access only through https hurt anything?

HTTPS is fine, it's just the extra layer of Encryption that Funambol added that isn't currently supported. It should work in the next release of SmarterMail 5.5.
