I have one domain that is hosted with Smartermail4. I am not able to download emails for one of my email account using Outlook. It gives me the message 'receiving message 1 of 21' and sticks at that message. and after that it gives me whether to 'wait' or 'stop' downloading.
This issue is not persistent. Sometimes, we are able to download emails, sometimes it does not work at all. I have tried restarting the service, even the physical server. I have also tried different ISPs across the world. But it did not help Could someone please advise on this?
