Our application hosts many websites for municpalies etc. Much of the information provided by the site reports is needed for funding so I need to be able to understand these reports. The documetion is very ambiguous. Can someone help with defining these?
- Visit - User with 1 item with a 20 minute timeout
- User - Is this the same as a visitor? Does this support apache mod_usertrack?
- Visitor - Is this an IP address? a Session?
- htdig - I don't see any information from the reports regarding this and there are 1 million hits from htdig
I'll have more questions as I dig deeper, but this is just a few to get started.
