We are migrating our email accounts from Merak Mail Server to SmarterMail Enterprise 5.1 and I have a question for the group.
There seems to be no facility for users to maintain a blacklist other than to manually set up a filtering rule on the Content Filtering form. Is this correct?
I am just trying to get a handle on the process from the user's point-of-view. The process our users are used to is essentially: right-click the message; click "blacklist sender". Is there a comparable process with SM?
