Hallo, i cannot Login to Smarterticket on http://195.137.213.112:9997/Login.aspx

The Error Message shows: "Authentisierungsserver nicht erreichbar" I´ve got a 5 Agent Licence from SWSoft (PLESK) Any Idea?

What does "Authentisierungsserver nicht erreichbar" mean in English?

Authenticationserver not reachable

Maybe my 5 User Licence could not be checked?.... Sorry for my bad English

 That is typically due to not being able to communicate with the SQL Server.

 Log into Ticket as the System Administrator account (it authenticates against the SystemSettings.xml file, instead of the DB).

 Then verify your Database settings.
