On a related topic, while composing a New Ticket, I clicked the Related Items tab and pasted in an existing Ticket-ID of an Active ticket in My Tickets ... and clicked Attach. While that action didn't produce an error, once I finalized the new ticket via "Send and Mark Active", I discovered that the child ticket was not attached as I requested; it remained in the Active My Tickets list. Moreover, the parent (new) ticket's Related Items list did not have the child listed either.
In summary, the ability to link tickets during the ticket-creation process is not working.
