    Smartermail 4 update

An update to Smartermail 4 that includes the new ClamAV build that I am assuming corrects the 100% CPU utilization problem would be appreciated.

I agree ... Please don't leave us 4.3 guys behind.

I would be more interested in having some of the remaining bugs in 4.3 fixed.

    Re: Smartermail 4 update

SmarterMaill 4.3 will receive an update today for ClamAV but will not have any other additions, fixes or changes.  All new development is being done in 5.x.  The mail environment is ever changing and the need to upgrade versions will be necessary.  Something I'm very proud of is that we provided over 12 updates to SmarterMail 4.x.  There aren't many companies that provide such a service, and it may be a struggle to provide that many for future versions, but we will try.

    Hope this helps,

    Tim,

I'm not interested in any changes or additions, just fixes.  Particularly fixes that you already no the answer to, since you have already fixed 5.0 but not 4.3.  I'm not yet ready to upgrade and inherit whatever new bugs are in 5.1.  Why not at least apply fixes that you already know about?
