 Needing to setup POP Retreival for a couple of SM accounts to pull mail from an Exchange Server.  I have it working - did a manual test and it worked perfectly.  The Question is what/where/how to set the time interval for Automatic checking.  I have set the POP Retreival settngs on the account sot be checked at "Automatic" but I have not been able to find the setting to tell it how often to check the accounting being POP'd

This is usually handled by the email client itself on how often you wish to check the server for messages and not by SmaterMail.  You'd want to check the email client itself and see if it has a setting to set the interval at which it checks the server for new messages.   For example, here's how to do it in Thunderbird: http://www.ln.edu.hk/itsc/desktop/email-checking-frequency

Ummm.   In this case SmarterMail IS the mail client.  Using the POP Retreival function that SmarterMail has to pull mail from a different POP account on a different mail system and deposit said messages into a specific mailbox on the Smartermail server.

The settings for the POP Retrieval time interval were under the POP Menu.  I was looking for a specific POP Retrieval menu and was not finding it.

System Admin:  Settings>>Protocol Settings>>Pop>>Pop Retrieval Interval>>Save

POP Retrieval Interval:
Login as System admin then go to  Protocol Settings -> POP tab

Default is 10 minutes
