I have noticed that we have problems saving large file attachments directly from SmarterMail. For instance, one example we had an 8 MB attachment, that if the user selects it, it just takes them to a white page (in the email contents window panel) versus poping up the "Save as" box.
I beleive in the past we have restarted the server and this seemed to allow large attachments to be save again, but I would like to know why this is happening and how to prevent it in the future. Any ideas?
