    Message Forwarding

I have a client that has 600 messages in his inbox that were not forwarded. The address is to his sbcglobal.net account and email messages get delivered there normally... anyone know what causes SM5.5 Ent to NOT forward emails when the default spam settings are overwrtten?

    TIA!

The system admin can choose not to forward spam low/medium/high. Are those messages spam?

I am sure some where, the mailbox has all the spam settings set to "no action" for all levels of spam. I also set the domain default to "no restictions - forward all mail" but even after enabling that feature I notice that emails still sit in the users inbox even with the delete after forward option checked.

Check the logs, maybe sbcglobal.net is blocking you.
