RBL Filters not Working

    RBL Filters not Working

    I'm running SmarterMail Professional Edition version 4.3.3048 on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition server. I added the following RBL list to the Anti-Spam Administration of SmarterMail bl.spamcop.net and zen.spamhaus.org but they do not seem to be blocking any spam. I have each configured with the recommended setting for SmarterMail. Each is configured below:

    Name: bl.spamcop.net

    Weight: 10

    DNS Server: bl.spamcop.net

    and

    Name: zen.spamhaus.org

    Weight: 10

    DNS Server: zen.spamhaus.org

    I have both enabled for filtering and incoming blocking and under the SMTP Blocking I have Spam blocking enabled under Incoming options and the Weight Threshold there is set to 30.

    The reason why I say they are not working is because if I check the headers of a spam message and locate the IP Address and then go to either spamcop.net or spamhaus.org and check the IP it is listed there. Can someone tell me why the RBL's is not working?
