Sharing contacts...other users with full permission cannot see my contacts

    Hi,

I am using the Smartermail webmail client and have attempted to share my contacts using the Settings/Sharing/Shared Resources/+new icon.  I've given two people in my organization full access to both my contacts and my calendar.

Unfortunately, neither one of these two individuals can see my shared contacts in their webmail interface.  I assumed the shared contacts would be under their Global Address List under "Collaborate," but no luck.

Any idea what the reason may be?

    I'm using SmarterMail Enterprise 5.5.3223.

    Thanks for your help.

    Dan

After you have shared the contact the other user will need to attach the contacts.  To do this the other users will need to login and go to Settings | Sharing | Mapped Resources and then attach the contacts.  Once they have done this they will be able to see it under their contact section.

How do you removed the mapped resources that you shared? All I can do is detach...

I believe you have to go back into the account who shared it to begin with, then delete it as a shared resource (Settings -> Sharing -> Shared Resource).  Detaching it only removes it from the account who it is shared with.
