While our client sending mails from MS Outlook to MAC Entourage/Blackberry, attachments are showing as Winmail.dat file and users are not able to open these kind of attachment. We have gone through some settings in MS outlook and we found a problem in smart mail contacts internet format in outlook properties should be “Lets outlook decide the best sending format option”. We tried to make this default and save this option un fortunately we are receiving error “You Cannot make changes to contents of this read-only folder” Kindly suggest how we can solve this issue.
