 I have smartphone and tried using SyncML, but worked randomly and failed quite frequently. Then ended up using SmarterMail Sync. It seems much more stable, BUT very slow and no automation. Can anybody recommend which one is better? I'm thinking I might have installed SyncML incorrectly the first time but don't want to go through uninstalling/reinstalling/resyncing, etc if SmarterMail Sync is the way to go.

 Same question here... I've just got SmarterMail server up & running in two trial installations. I'm very happy and ready to roll it out to the users. 

 The only thing I'm not clear about is which is the future direction for synchronisation, particularly to Outlook? Is it SmarterMail Sync or SyncML/Funambol? I've tried them both, and they both seem to work, but I marginally prefer SmarterMail Sync (due to automatic sync on start-up/shut-down in Outlook, and it generally seems to handle Outlook Calendar better).

I'd appreciate knowing which is SmarterTools' chosen strategy, so that I can make a good long-term decision.
