Help me disable SmarterTrack web server

    Help me disable SmarterTrack web server

    I have the smartertrack uploaded to shared hosting... these instructions don't help

    • Click on Start -> Program Files -> SmarterTools -> SmarterTrack -> Configure SmarterTrack Web Server
    • Click on the Stop button
    • Change the Startup Mode to Disabled and click on the Apply button
    • Click on the Close button
    How do I access the st web server settings after it's been upload and running on share hosting?  thanks.

    I'm getting the duplicate emails, I hope this is the cause.

    If you installed the files for the shared hosting environment you will not have a default web server.  The default web server is for the full install on a dedicated server.

    Well, I'm getting duplicate emails sent to me and my customers... what are the other fixes for this?

    This could be because multiple IIS sites are pointing to the same folder, or that you have multiple worker processes set up on that site.

    I have a maximum worker processes set to 1.  Also, we only have one IIS site on our hosting.  What else could be causing it?!  We still have duplicate emails going to everone... customers, alerts, notifications etc.

    The only other thing that I can think of is bad permissions on the App_Data\Spool folder.  The system needs modify and delete permissions to that folder.  I recommend starting a support ticket so you can get personal attention on this matter.
