 I've had some trouble with installing SmarterTrack, but after some back and forth with my hosting company, it looks to be running right for the moment [meaning I can log in and move about the customer portal as well as the management interface].  I'm not saying its 100% yet as I need to prove that accessing it from home won't give me the setup wizard for a 4th or 5th time.

  I was writing up another post and went to check which version I was running of the software, and found that all my folder permissions (except for Read) are failing.  Could this be related to the reoccurance of the Setup Wizard anytime a new PC tries to access the software?   How would I correct this?  Is it a software permission, the user, or IIS or something else?

I'm using SmarterTrack v3.6.3229, IIS, MS SQL 2005 (using SQL authentication), on a dedicated server running Win Server 2003.  I know just enough about all these to be dangerous, but not enough to cleanly troubleshoot it on my own.  If someone can tell me what I need to do or where I need to check, I can then figure out the how on my own.

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.  Thanks!

Ah ok. This was solved by my hosting company changing the permissions for the NT AUTHORITY to the App_Data folder.
I didn't know how to do this or if it was more of an indication with something else wrong on the install.
