Hi,
We have skinning documentation available for download at the top of
the Skinning forum, if you are planning to create the skin yourself. There are
also forum members who create custom skins as a service. If you are
insteresed in this, I would send "ericaDDs" and/or TJ Havens ("xotj123") a PM about custom skin design. I think they will be able to help you.

Very nice job, Tommy.
I like the spiral-like effect the header blending into the background creates.

Got to admit, I really like that Viridian template. The way the JavaScript resizes the container based on resolution. Did have to adjust the skin.js file to achieve this after I added my header.

Hello,
I have removed all files for all other themes other than the custom modified one. In SmarterMail 5.5 i set the new theme as the default and removed the check from allowing domain admins to pick theme. I can see the new theme when i login and refresh. Other people get an asp.net error, looking for the Horizon theme. ANy Ideas?
Tommy

A cookie is stored in the browser which references the current skin for that user. For the user's experiencing the issue, clearing the cookies should resolve the issue. Also, you can try going to http://mail.yourdomain.com/login.aspx?changeskin=yourskinname and then logging in, which should write the new skin name to the cookie.
The reason this is happening is that SmarterMail looks at the skin name in the cookie, and if it doesn't exist then it defaults back to the Horizon skin, which also doesn't exist, so the error is thrown.
If you continue to have issues, the simplest solution is to add the horizon skin back. They will see the horizon skin until they log out and back in, then they will get the new skin setting.

Yes, that would work as well. However, you should be aware that if you do that, installing a new version of SmarterMail will overwrite files in the Horizon directory, so you will need to make sure to re-copy your skin in.
