I do place support tickets for these level of issues but I also place them here for the benefit of others.
There is a support request open now on this issue.
to add onto this, it is not only affecting nested replied to tickets but new tickets coming in to. I have two tickets in the past two days that are corrupt and will not open for reply.
Update: It is infact any ticket with forwarded or replied to information regardeless if it is a ST nested history or forwarded form an external source. After looking at the second ticket from today, it has forwarded information in it.
Something in the update broke the ability to view forwarded information
