Wont send emails to users

    Wont send emails to users

    When you are managing tickets, there is an option to send a message, which shows up as a comment, but it looks like it sends an email as well as you can cc people, etc.  I see that it shows up as a comment, but no email ever goes out.  There is also no email sent to users when a comment has been added showing them where to view the comment.  I have been trying to figure out how to get these two things working for days....  Any help?

    Sounds like email may not be properly configured for the department.  Go into settings -> departments, edit a department, and make sure POP and SMTP are set correctly.
