Hi. I want to ask is that possible to set a auto reminder that will send to all agents? For example, when the ticket is idle more than 1 hour, then system will automatically trigger the reminder that will auto send to all agents. Thanks.
If you want to do this through email, you definately can, using the ticket idle event. Through the reminder popup you could do it also, but you'd have to make an event for each agent.
