Am I missing something? I cannot seem to find anywhere documentation on how to get syncing setup to my blackberry. I have several questions I could post, but I would first like to find some sort of howto/faq. I tried the knowledgebase and can't seem to find anything there either. I am working with a brand new install of smartermail 5.5.

You will need to use the enterprise version of SmarterMail 5.5 to sync you calendar, contact, etc and to have the ability to pushed emails to your blackberry.  Here is a link to a whitepaper on the new sync protocol that we are using. http://www.smartertools.com/downloads/documents/smartermail/Collaboration_Synchronization_and_Over-the-Air_Mobile_Communications_with_SmarterMail_V01.pdf.  Page 6 give you information on the blackberry.
