I've installed SmarterMail Sync into both my Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Microsoft Outlook 2003 and also Microsoft Outlook 2007 but somehow after a month or so when i sync it came out with this below.
"Could not connect - SmarterMail 3.1 or greater required"
My mail server is installed with SmarterMail 4.3 and it all worked fine previously. Had read several posts and threads and had tried the methods suggested, but to no avail. In other words, removal and reinstallation had been done, and that Outlook is definitely not running while the installation was done. Still after a month or so it'll come back with the haunting error message. Am needing help on this matter as it is tedious to get my users to reinstall the tool monthly.
