I have a Windows Mobile phone and when I installed the sync program on it and synced with SmartMail for the first time, the sync program erased all my contacts on the phone that were Outlook contacts. Thank god it wasnt many as most of my contacts are saved to the SIM. So im wondering how does the sync program work and chooses to either erase or copy on the phone side and server side?
