    Waiting tickets

    When I response ticket and change status to "Waiting response"

    Agent can't view ticket in this status but admin account yes....

    EDIT: now ticket only appear in Customer portal...

    Are you talking about SmarterTicket or SmarterTrack ...Is there an agent active in the department where the ticket is the waiting state?
