    How to enable responses after ticket is closed

    We are on SmarterTicket Professional 2.7.2813. When our Exchange server is restarted or protocols are restarted, all of the blocked messages (old messages) go to the IT people at once. How do you disable blocking tickets after the tickets have been closed/resolved? We want the responses to come through after a ticket has been closed.
