    Empty Inbox in webmail

    Hi,

I set up my microsoft office outlook so I can check all my emails from smarter mail through it.  I was surprised that when I log in through the website to check my mails there, my inbox is empty.  I suspect that the server forwarded all my mails to the outlook account.  Any way to resolve it so I can check my mails both in the office outlook as well as in the web based mail?

     Thanks!

    Mel

POP3 downloads the email to your Client (ie Outlook).  If you want to sync the mail and keep it on the server then you should setup the Outlook account as IMAP.

(technically you can tell POP3 to leave the messages on the server, but I highly suggest you use IMAP instead)
