The auto-close feature doesnt work for me.
Does It only works when the Ticket is in 'Waiting for customer' Status ? or it also autoclose when the ticket is Active?
Auto-close only works when the ticket is in "Waiting for Customer" status. If you want to automatically close a ticket on other conditions, the event system's great for that.
