    [bug] change status in event

    I created a system event that changes the status of all inbound tickets to a particular queue to "closed", the event fires (confirmed by adding a log action on the event), and by checking the details of the ticket created. The problem is the ticket status doesn't change to closed (even though it says it has under the details tab)... any ideas?

    This bug still appears to be in 3.5.3159 - any ideas on when this will be corrected?

    It's still in the bug list as open, so our developers are aware of it.  No news on a specific fix date, but I'll update here when the item gets updated to fixed.
