Are there any pre-requisites for the KB SEO links to work?
At present if I create a KB article the link does not work. It just hangs when clicked. Do I need to specify a custom 404?
Nevermind. Problem was caused by having linkfreeze enabled on the site. Disabling this on the directory allowed the URLs to work.
