The variable #adminhyperlink# when used in the body of an email notification event takes me to the ticket but just the ticket sub-frame of the Management Interface. Once the ticket is responded to, like reply and close, I'm taken back to a blank screen, very annoying. I need to reaccess the interface from the front to see the whole interface.
We have a low ticket volume so we don't hang around in the Management Interface. We rely on being notified by email. STicket worked well for us in th capacity. But with this as being the only way to easily access a ticket from the email, it's a little frusterating. It seems like an update to what is inserted in the #adminhyperlink# variable would be a simple solution.
