I have Smartermailenterprise 4.3 through my DNN host (off site) I want to use the bulk e-mail program. The directions say to set up an e-mail list, but to do that you have to be a domain host. I can not figure out how to set up the domain host!
Do I do it through SmarterTools? Do I do it through Smaertermailenterprise? Do I do it through my host? Just where do I do it and how do I go about it?
