Setting Greylisting option through impersonation, NOT an option? BUG?

While logged in as _primaryadmin_, you can go to Settings > Domain Settings > Users > and Edit individual users, and there is the option for "Disable Greylisting".

When logged in as the system Admin, impersonating either the _primaryadmin_ or the individual user, this option is not available.

    Is this by design?

I then tried setting the SYSTEM User default to Disable greylisting, and propagated the User settings to the specified domain only expecting this would disable greylisting for each user in the domain. This did not happen either...

It seems that logging in as _primaryadmin_ or the actual User, is the only way to manage Greylisting per User?

Please let me know if this is a bug or if I am missing something :)

    Thank you,

I can set or reset "disable greylisting" while impersonating a user.
