Can you tell me if SSL connection is available for SMTP and POP. This is especially important for businesses that are moving to Google's managed servers. All connections to Google require SSL.

 I see port numbers can be specified, but not SSL connection.

 Currently, no.  It is on our list, however.

Oh, okay. Thank you for the information, this will certainly delay our implementation of this software.

I will keep an eye out for this feature inclusion. 

 If SSL for POP or SMTP will not be available, can the server be setup to use CDONTS, CDOSYS, or some other mail generating component that is installed on the server? This would be a good workaround until the SSL pieceis included.

Currently, the system cannot be set up that way, sorry to say.

 I second this request.  The lack of SSL will hold us back from purchasing SmarterTrack, put in this feature and you have at least one more sale!

 This has become an issue for me as well.  I'd love to see SSL support for POP

 I share this sentiment as well.  Our institution (large) has the standard requirement of SSL for both IMAP and POP.  I had hoped I could find a workaround by forwarding it out to a free service, then learned that there aren't ones which don't require SSL as well.

So, what means... no incoming email. :(

POP and SMTP SSL support has been added and will be available in the next minor build of SmarterTrack.  Scheduled within the next couple of weeks.
