Remember that our standard email and phone Technical Support Service operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM MST. This is a fairly industry-standard policy. We have escalated and 24/7 Support available in certain Support Packages and that is always an option for you.
Looking at the time stamp on your post suggests that your Support need was well outside of our business hours and over the weekend.
