On the surface this could appear simply to be a DNS related issue but DNS is OK and yet our clients simply can not reliably deliver - the session simply times out - at MailWise - specifically at the load balancers that sit in front of the mail servers.
My
own mail traffic with one of the recipients (see log that follows) sent last Friday at about 4 PM finally delivera about 5 hours later. Four previous attempts to connect at the correct
IP’s simply fail to connect.
My
gut tells me there’s something very simple we are not seeing here. I appreciate
any insight here.Running SM 4.3.2903 Enterprise
