Hello,
I'm currently running SmarterStats version 3.2.2539 and when i run a report to see what platforms are being used...Vista is missing. Is anybody else getting this or have a solution to get Vista showing on the report?

The version you have is over a year old. Upgrade to the latest (upgrading within versions is free) by downloading it from http://www.smartertools.com/Products/SmarterStats/DL/v3.aspx

I ran the update as suggested however i have lost my configurations.
I am using the Enterprise edition however after the upgrade it now shows as the Free Edition.
Any suggestion on how to get back to the Enterprise edition?
