    Error has occurred; No data can be shown

    I have SmarterStats Enterprise Edition 3.3.2761 and for the last two weeks it I have been unable to get any statistics for my website. Instead it just says in red letters, "An unhandled error has occurred. As a result, no data can currently be shown. Please contact support." Can someone please help me?!

    Mine has the same error - it was working fine up until last week.  Any one know how to resolve this error?

    I had the same problem. A service named SmarterStat Service (not the webserver) was stopped, after statting it it worked again.
