We have a client that says they have tried using mac mail, outlook, outlook express with either imap or pop3 and are having the same issue.
They say that they see the email in their inbox in the webmail but are not able to download it to their email client for a delayed period of time.
Not sure what would cause an issue like this.
This is the only client complaining about this. They said it is happening on several domains which happen to be on different mail servers using different versions of smartermail(some smartermail 3 and others smartermail4)
