I'd like to sell my "SmarterMail Professional Edition 3.x - Unlimited Domains - Unlimited Users" license. At last we have a new server and SmarterMail is the latest mail server we think about it. Now I learn that we cannot sell or transfer our license, it means that there is no way to get rid of this software. We can only do upgrading, and this will be a suicide for us. They say that Turkish character problem has been solved in 4.xx version, but you can never know what other problems it has inside. And surely I don't spend any more cents for this software.

Is there anybody who has an idea of selling this software? I just want to take back some of my loss because of it.

The thread you reference goes back well over a year.  That issue was resolved long ago and we have several customers who are very pleased with our progress on it.  A little trust would be nice--we have certainly earned it.  But SmarterMail has literally millions of successful users and thousands of hosting companies all over the world and it is reasonable to trust their success even if you do not.

Even though your tone is harsh and uncalled for, I suggest that you try it out for yourself.  If you contact us at sales@smartertools.com and request a 30-day trial of the current version of SmarterMail 4.x you can install it and test for yourself at no cost.  Is there anything more fair than that?  Your efforts to berate SmarterTools on a resolved issue more than a year old suggest that fairness is not your primary objective.

It is important that you remember that ONLY Authorized Resellers are allowed to resell SmarterTools Licenses and Licenses are non-transferable at any time.
